Please note that the only audiovisual equipment provided will be a screen. Individual presenters are responsible for any additional required equipment such as a projector and/or laptop.

 Please be informed that there is no financial reimbursement by the WTEA for travel, lodging, duplication costs, honorarium, or other incidental expenses. All presenters who are Wisconsin Technology and Engineering Educators are expected to be current WTEA Members. Exceptions to the above policy are made only by prior negotiated agreement with the WTEA Program Coordinator. The Conference Planning Committee will select program presentations from the proposals submitted. Notification regarding proposals will be made no later than January 20, 2010. If you do not receive an e-mail or letter confirming that your presentation was selected for the 2010 convention, we encourage you to re-submit your application for the 2011 convention.
 
 All forms need to be submitted by December 23, 2009.
