Individual presenters are responsible for any additional required equipment such as a projector and/or laptop. Statement of Understanding:(Please read, then mark the appropriate box and indicate todays date.)**PLEASE NOTE: If your presentation is selected for the 2014 conference, the lead presenter will receive complimentary admission to the conference. Any additional co-presenters will need to pay full the conference admission. Please be informed that there is no financial reimbursement by the WTEA for travel, lodging, duplication costs, honorarium, or other incidental expenses. All presenters who are Wisconsin Technology and Engineering Educators must be a current WTEA Member to have your proposal accepted. Exceptions to the above policy are made only by prior negotiated agreement with the WTEA Program Coordinator. The Conference Planning Committee will select program presentations from the proposals submitted. Notification regarding proposals will be made no later than January 20, 2014. If you do not receive an e-mail or letter confirming that your presentation was selected for the 2014 convention, we encourage you to re-submit your application for the 2015 convention. All forms need to be submitted by December 12, 2013.
