WTEA Board of Directors Handbook

This handbook is a living document that is intended to serve as a guide for
the board of directors and other association personnel when conducting association
business. This document should be reviewed and updated periodically by the President
and/or the Executive Committee. The appendix includes copies of the forms used for
conducting association business.
